Facebook is actually quite a complicated digital advertising platform. Our Facebook for Business training is split into two different courses to ensure guests get a valuable learning experience.
Facebook Level One
“I thought I was an expert, until I took your course. And then I realized I really knew nothing.” You have a Facebook Business Page, but are you using it to its full potential? In this course, we’ll help with proper page setup and posting. We’ll teach you how to optimize your business page and show you how to make posts attractive to both users and FB algorythms. (This course is a prerequisite for the Facebook Level Two course.)
Facebook Level Two
There’s much more to your Facebook Business Page than posting. Time to move past boosting posts and calling it advertising. Business Manager moves you into the realm of ads beyond the Facebook timeline. You’ll learn about Pixel, ad creation, reading analytics, retargeting, and so much more. This course is a game-changer for social media managers or marketers. (You must have taken Facebook Level One to attend this course.)
Instagram for business
Learn the basics of Instagram for business.
We’ll talk about:
- A Business vs Personal Profile
- Enhancing your profile
- What to post and when
- Creating effective stories
- IGTV – long form video
- How to manage your account
- Business tools available to you
- Reading your analytics
- Hashtag uses & advantages
- Building your audience
- Advertising on Instagram*
*Instagram is owned by Facebook, so you’ll need a Facebook Business page and basic understanding in Facebook Business Manager, in order to use some of the paid Instagram advertising features.
TWITTER FOR BUSINESS
Possibly the most understood platform when it comes to business. Also the place many businesses are scared to put their brand.
Consistency, wit and public relations is the name of the game. Wrap your head around this often scary place and your business will find incredible loyalty from customers who will carry your brand for you but get ready for the process.
Twitter will take diligence and effort. It’s hard to accomplish traction on Twitter which is why most businesses quit before they ever get started.
Linkedin for business
Sales staff & ownership is more successful when they’re active online.
LinkedIn is an absolute must for professionals in any industry especially realty, sales, customer service & self promotion. This isn’t just about your business, this is about YOU. Quickly expand your network and turn social connections into actual handshakes (and commerce) for your business.
We’ll teach you about:
- Optimizing your profile
- Assessing the value of connections
- Managing settings
- Making a cold and warm calls without being ‘salesy’
- What makes good content
- Posts vs Articles
- Professional habits that will enhance audience engagement
- so much more!
Social Psychology & Content Strategy
If you don’t know why, then how doesn’t matter.
In our pre-requisite course, we talk about taking social media seriously.
We’ll discuss the new human habits of social communication and why this preferred method actually puts customers in charge of your business brand. Learn when and why people are online and content creation strategies that were once not possible with traditional advertising. Good social connections will carry your message for you if you give fans a reason to. Learn how to find these social connections.
Content is KING and it needs a touch of creativity and relevance. Be interesting, informative and/or entertaining…just BE something and do it everyday. We’ll talk about what makes good content, how to create content for all personalities, and how to remove yourself from the equation.
You’ll leave with an executable new strategy you can put into action on any platform you sign your business up for.
There’s social media and then there’s social media for business. Once you understand social media for business content creation & strategy in our prerequisite course, consider taking platform-specific social media courses for ownership, franchisee or sales staff.
- How to decide which platforms are valuable.
- How to define your voice, and your target audiences.
- How different personalities interact with different content, and why this matters.
- Content Creation
- Content management
- Content strategy for each platform
- How to use analytics to refine your content.
